½ oz Carpano Antica
½ oz Orange Curacao
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
Shake over ice, straing into cocktail glass, garnish with mint.

2 oz Beacon Bourbon
1 oz Gran Classico
1 oz Carpano Antica
Stir in mixing glass with ice, strain into cocktail glass, garnish with cherry.

1 oz Maid of the Meadow Vodka
1 oz Canton Ginger Liquor
Mix in Irish coffee glass, add boiling water, garnish with clove studded lemon.

2 oz Saranac Ginger Beer

3 Dashes of Bitters
1 shake of cinnamon
Stir 20 seconds and strain over ice. Top with apple slice with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
